Consumed by guilt, and quite insane, he went into hiding on Raxus Prime where he constructed a new 'Jedi Temple' and droid versions of dead Jedi Masters out of junk parts. He survived Order 66, fleeing the Jedi Temple and abandoning those inside to their deaths.
Kazdan Partaus was a droid maker and Aleena Jedi of the Old Republic. Dathka Graush was a Sith King who, interestingly enough, had his heart replaced with a Force-sensitive crystal and created an army of dead bodies using Sith Alchemy long before this story takes place. Shaak Ti was killed on Felucia later in the story. Rahm Kota is blinded, but doesn't die in the book.
